Kimchi Fried Rice

A comforting classic with a deeper layer of flavor. Tangy kimchi and savory pork jowl are brought together with JANGIN Cooking Sauce, whose rich, artisan-made gochujang adds balanced heat and complexity to every grain of rice. Method

  • 1. Make the Fried rice: In a small ball, add rice and JANGIN Cooking sauce. Mix until evenly coated and set aside.
  • Heat a coated pan over medium-high heat.
  • Put pork jowl and stir-fry until cooked through. Then add kimchi and continue to stir for few minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the rice mixture.Stirring continuously so the rice does not stick.
  • Once it is well combined and heated through, plate and serve.
